REI Property Management maintain an on-site office at Caswell Cove which should be the first point of contact for inquires, requests for assistance, reporting problems etc. The office is open 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

The Caswell Cove Condominium Association Board is made up of seven elected resident unit owners on a volunteer basis who are presently:

- Andrew Taylor – Treasurer
- Chelsea Kordas – Secretary
- Amy Goldberg – Member at Large
- Nadia Nadeau – Member at Large
- Tom Burgdorf – Member at Large
